- Experience/lounge access is available 12-14 January 2025 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (AEDT), and 15 January 2025 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (AEDT)
- The minimum age to book this experience is 18 years of age
- Experience must be booked at least 1 day in advance
- For 2 people (cardholder and guest)
- Maximum 1 passes (2 people) per cardholder
- All participants must hold a valid ticket to the Australian Open to experience the Mastercard Lounge. This experience does not grant entry to the Australian Open
