Guests will be connected with a member of the event team 5-7 business days after purchase to coordinate experience details.
Ground transportation outside of the event dates (9/23/26 - 9/27/26) and/or to/from airports other than Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the responsibility of the guest.
Hotel reservations outside of the event dates will be based on hotel availability and will be charged on a nightly basis to the guest.
