Hosting world-renowned bartender Ryu Fujii, Odo East Village will be offering an elevated Kaiseki experience paired alongside cocktail-focused pairing. Owner of CRAFTROOM in Osaka, Ryu Fujii has made a name for himself as one of the elites in the Japanese bartending scene. Alongside CRAFTROOM being ranked #28 in Asia's Best 50 Bars in 2024, Ryu Fujii also placed first in the Diageo Worldclass Japan Final in 2016. Ryu will curate a refined cocktail pairing to accompany the seasonal course crafted by Chef Koji Toyoda. Toyoda, who has helmed the kitchen since Odo East Village opened in February, has quickly made a mark on the NYC food scene. With seasonality and meticulous precision as the focus around his rotating menu, Odo East Village has become one of the hardest reservations to secure in the city.
