Terms and Conditions

Mastercard International Incorporated, domiciled at 2000 Purchase Street, Purchase, NY, United States, together with its affiliates (hereinafter "Mastercard"), as part of its Priceless.com program (hereinafter, "Priceless"), will offer on its platform www.priceless.com, to all Mastercard-branded cardholders the Priceless experience "LATIN GRAMMYS – BACKSTAGE TOUR" (hereinafter, the "Experience"), in accordance with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions"):
FIRST. EXPERIENCE MECHANICS:
This promotional activity (the "Experience") governed by these terms and conditions is Organized by Mastercard International Incorporated ("Mastercard").
The Experience is designed to offer Mastercard cardholders with a Mastercard issued globally (hereinafter referred to as "Global") and who are of legal age (the "Participants"), the opportunity to participate for a priceless experience during Latin Music Week 2026. The winner and a guest will enjoy the following experience:
An exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Latin GRAMMYs, turning dreams into reality for four cardholders as they enjoy an intimate journey into the heart of the event.
The Experience will be promoted on priceless.com through a global search for two cardholders and their companions who will be in Las Vegas during Latin GRAMMY Week.
Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis via priceless.com, provided cardholders correctly answer five questions about the Latin GRAMMYs.
The experience will take place on Wednesday, November 11th, 2026 in Vegas, and will be available for 4 participants.
Exclusive to Mastercard cardholders.
Please note: The experience does not include transportation from other cities or countries to the event location, nor does it cover accommodation.
SECOND. DURATION OF EXPERIENCE:
The Experience will be available for purchase from August 21st to November 6th, 2026, or until supplies last, whichever occurs first.
THIRD. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXPERIENCE:
• Priceless experiences are reserved exclusively for Mastercard cardholders.
• The experience is valid for (1) one person.
• The Experience is personal and non-transferable. The sale, offer for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any ticket and/or any part of the packages is strictly prohibited.
FOURTH. NOTIFICATION TO PARTICIPANTS WHO REDEEM THE EXPERIENCE:
Participants who purchase the experience will be contacted via email (to the address registered on priceless.co) within seventy-two (72) hours after the purchase to coordinate logistics. Personal details required include:

Participants will also receive a consent form for the use of their image.
By submitting this information, you authorize Mastercard to collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Priceless Cities Privacy Notice, available at https://www.priceless.com/privacy.
FIFTH. ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS:
1. By participating, Participants agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
2. The Experience is non-transferable and personal.
3. This Experience cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Mastercard commits to complying with applicable data protection laws.
5. Mastercard reserves the right to invalidate any participation if a Participant attempts to manipulate, fraudulently interfere with, or breach the administration, security, fairness, or execution of the activity.
6. The Experience is for personal use only. The resale or commercial use of the experience is prohibited. Participants found violating this may be disqualified from current and future Priceless.com experiences.
7. Mastercard reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, harmful, illegal, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with platform policies. This may also result in cancellation of the Participant's Priceless.com account.
8. Mastercard reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule, or alter the experience at any time, at its sole discretion, in cases such as force majeure, fraud, technical failures, or other factors outside of Mastercard's control.

SIXTH. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Mastercard reserves the right to modify, extend, or clarify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, and any such changes will be communicated to participants via email.
