You'll join Yeira, a bubbly local host with a doctorate in clinical psychology and a passion for eating, cooking, and meeting people from different cultures, who will welcome you into her abode in the Bayamón neighbourhood outside of San Juan's bustle. There, you'll relish an interactive gastronomy workshop featuring her family's authentic recipes, such as yuca al mojo, stuffed mofongo in creole sauce, mamposteao, tostones, and piononos with Puerto Rican coffee and sweets. After you prepare three to four recipes, you'll sit down on Yeira's cosy outdoor terrace to taste your culinary creations and hear engaging anecdotes about Puerto Rican traditions and island life.
